Spectrometer
Spectrometer (METAVISION) which can analyze 21 elements is installed in our laboratory. It enables us to identify the exact composition of the metal being poured and maintain the properties as per customer requirement.
Image Analyser
A metallographic image analyzer to precisely identify the various structural constituents is also available in our lab which gives essential information about the micro structure of a casting along with nodularity, graphite type etc.
Universal Testing Machine
Universal Testing Machine facility is also available in our sister concern present nearby using which Tensile Strength and Elongation can be determined.
Sand Testing Facilities
We are also equipped with essential testing machines for estimating hardness and sand laboratory for monitoring green sand on a continual basis.
